EC: Text Layer

1.  Right-click [Map], move to [Add], then click [Text layer].

2. Draw text

   Click the [Text] button, draw text.

3. Geometry

   Select the text, Right-click the mouse, click [Geometry].

4. Pop up [Text Properties].
