EC: Polygon layer

1. Add polygon layer

   Select [Map] and right-click the mouse, move to [Add], then click [Polygon layer].

2. Draw polygons

   Click [Polygon] and draw polygon, then right-click the mouse to complete the drawing.

3. Shape editing

   Method One: Click [Select] tool.

   Method Two: Select the polygon and right-click the mouse, click [Geometry]. The M value is

                         arbitrary value.

4. Move polygon

   Note: Put the mouse into the shallow green area.
